The rest of the text should then expand on the details of the job and should be appealing to the candidate. It is important that the candidate feels personally approached and that the position reflects their experiences. 

Furthermore, the text should be designed to generate interest to find out more about the job on the candidate’s side and for them to contact the recruiter. The recruiter should quickly react to the request and should set up a date for an interview with the candidate in order to discuss further details of the position. 

Approaching candidates directly can be a good way to expand the pool of applicants and recruit suitable employees.
