YOUR TASKS:
- In your role as Conversion Manager, you are responsible for optimising the conversion rate (CR). This means that you optimise the processes that lead to a successful conversion
- You conduct target group analyses based on demographic data
- You identify optimisation potential using A/B testing, analyses based on data from analytics as well as qualitative analyses of the website
- You implement optimisation measures in collaboration with other specialised departments such as the design team, based on the results of your analyses and including the target group analysis.

- Further requirements: Your analytical way of thinking goes hand in hand with a creative approach and an affinity for numbers
- Education/training: You have successfully completed a media-related, business or psychological degree, which you have ideally expanded with internships, or you have completed comparable vocational training
- Tools: You are well-versed in working with different analytics or testing tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely etc.
